At Ashgrove Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at a designated carrier or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
